Group Yoga Class Schedule
FALL 2010
(schedule starts September 7th)
August classes are Monday 7-8pm YogaRelax and Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30-8:30pm YogaPower.

Private or small group sessions are available for those wishing a more gentle or therapeautic form of yoga. Have a group of friends who would like to get together for a class and the group schedule doesn't work?? No problem!! Give me a call at 507-474-1664 and we can schedule a class just for your group!!



Prices:

Your first class is only $5!!

Drop In: $10

Monthly:
One class per week-$32/month   

Two classes per week-$49/month    

All you can Yoga-$65/month

10 class punch card-$85
   (good for 6 months...no exceptions!) 
         
(with valid high school or college ID, prices are as follows:
drop in $5, once/wk $21, twice/wk $32, all you can yoga $49 per month)

Class Descriptions:

 

YogaRelax- Uses a variety of poses in a slow flowing sequence to encourage relaxation and peace.  This class culminates with a guided relaxation and savasana. Suited to most individuals.

 

YogaPowerSculpt-is a unique blend of hatha yoga incorporating vinyasa flow and strength building sequences at a more aerobic pace. 2-5 lb handweights are also used to turn yoga into a true strength building experience! Come ready to sweat!!

YogaCore-is  15 minutes devoted to your midsection! Find your true inner strength with core work that will help you stand taller and feel stronger. True core work that uses your abdominals, thighs, lower back and buns to build a truly strong center!

YogaWell- If you have a health challenge or think you might be a bit out of shape, this is a good place to start! This class is a bit shorter, and we use props to help encourage almost anyone to experience yoga!  A 30-minute individual session is suggested prior to starting this class if you have a medically diagnosed health challenge.  (If you are interested in this class, PLEASE email me!)
