Class Descriptions:
YogaRelax- Uses a variety of poses in a slow flowing sequence to encourage relaxation and peace. This class culminates with a guided relaxation and savasana. Suited to most individuals.
YogaPower-Using the same poses as YogaRelax, but at a faster, more aerobic pace. This class can vary from a vinyasa flowing class, to a strength building power class depending on the day! Some yoga experience is suggested
YogaSculpt- Using 2-5 lb handweights to take YogaPower to a whole new level! Enjoy strength training along with yoga to calm you, strengthen you and help you relax! Some yoga experience is suggested.
*NOTE:The relax sculpt mix class will start with relax, and near the end of class will offer approximately 15 minutes of sculpting, followed by seated poses and relaxation....interesting mix to get your strength, flexibility and cardio all in one class!!
YogaWell- If you have a health challenge or think you might be a bit out of shape, this is a good place to start! This class is a bit shorter, and we use props to help encourage almost anyone to experience yoga! A 30-minute individual session is suggested prior to starting this class if you have a medically diagnosed health challenge.
